About EUROASIA RESTAURANT

Small neighborhood restaurant with housemade Central Asian and Eastern European Halal food and a pinch of love. Home style, grandma style, comfort food, big portions and very reasonable prices. We have imported products from Central Asia, and unique drinks(non-alcoholic) people from Soviet Union countries used to love drinking. A lot of culture in one place that you should definitely check out.

Portion sizes and pricing swing widely across this group, from a $10 lunch bowl to a multi-course tasting menu at an upscale sushi counter, so checking recent reviews and photos is more useful than the price range alone. In Chicago, dinner reservations for popular izakaya, hot pot and Korean BBQ spots fill up on Friday and Saturday nights, so booking ahead or arriving at opening is worth it. Many restaurants across Illinois run daily lunch specials on weekdays that are not listed on the dinner menu, so it is worth asking. Halal, vegetarian and gluten-free options vary a lot by kitchen; call ahead if you have a dietary restriction rather than assuming the menu will note it.

The food was okay and the portions were decent, but I was disappointed to see an 18% gratuity automatically added to our bill for just two people. I understand gratuity for larger parties, but I wasn’t expecting an automatic service charge for a party of two. It would have been nice to know clearly beforehand. Overall, the food was decent, but the unexpected gratuity definitely affected my experience. It was like 80 bucks for 3 small dishes.

This place deserves more than 5 stars! From the moment we walked in, everything was exceptional. The food was fresh, authentic, and absolutely deliciousβ€”every dish was packed with flavor, and the portions were generous. A special thank you to our waitress, Alyana, who made the experience even better. She was incredibly welcoming, attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Outstanding customer service like hers is hard to find. The atmosphere was warm, clean, and inviting, making it the perfect place to enjoy a meal with friends and family. If you’re looking for authentic Central Asian cuisine with amazing hospitality, this is the place to be. We’ll definitely be back, and I highly recommend asking for Alyana if you get the chance. She truly made our visit memorable! ββββββœ¨βοΈβοΈβοΈπŸŒŸπŸŒŸβœ¨βοΈβοΈβοΈβ˜„οΈπŸ€©πŸ€©πŸ€©πŸ€©πŸ€©πŸ€©πŸ€© N#1 so far in Chicago downtown

Loved the food here! We tried the potatoes with mushrooms, Kuurdak with Beef and Frikase with Chicken - everything had such a comforting, homelike taste. The flavors were rich, fresh and really satisfying. A cozy place with delicious food and a warm feeling. Definitely recommend trying this place!

Truly authentic home made food! Amazing quality and care been put into making every single dish. I can cook most of the items on the menu myself, I want to say that their version was as good or better. My only recommendation would be for them to re-do the menu and create one with the pictures, like a lot of other ethnic food places do. The names of the classical dishes from the Eastern Europe and Asia don't speak to average American visitor.

Amazing food and welcoming vibes! Eurasia Restaurant is a true gem in Chicago. Everything we tried was delicious, full of flavor, and clearly made with care. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, and the Azerbaijani owner, Rustam, welcomes everyone like an old friend β€” you instantly feel at home. A unique bonus is that you can play chess or backgammon while you’re there, which makes the experience even more special. Highly recommend for great food, great people, and a relaxed, authentic atmosphere!
